I mean this demon is the strongest of them, and one of the other demons we saw killed was killed by an old man (so he had a lot longer to train), and the purple woman demon was killed easily by a man, but idk how many demon generals there were, but they probably would have sent someone stronger than this archer girl if they had any. So it's not a large sample size

I see what you mean in every episode where the female characters are fighting, they make it seem like the women can't hold their own in a fight. However she was holding your ground against the strongest out the demon generals, before they came to assist her. So that does mean she actually is indeed strong, if she was going against those other generals she probably defeated them no problem like the two men.
